DESIGN

       While we enjoy working with all types of garden styles, we specialize in naturalistic design with an emphasis on year-round color, a California adaptation of English Perennial Flower Gardens.  We are adept, as well, when working with drought resistant, deer resistant and low maintenance plants and flowers.  We can also develop a garden design that attracts birds and / or butterflies or expresses your personality in a unique way.  Each landscape design is specifically drawn to suit your personality, environment and expression and to provide a garden or area that can be admired and enjoyed.

CONSTRUCTION

         Expect and enjoy careful, considerate, practical installation at the highest industry standards and a reasonable cost ensure lasting beauty, quality and value.  We install commercial grade irrigation systems and often hand turn (or use a backhoe, when practical) copious amounts of organic matter into dense clay soil to promote a healthy, aesthetically pleasing landscape and ecstatic customers.  We are exceedingly skilled in executing complete landscapes including custom concrete, masonry, rockery, dramatic effect and/or security lighting, woodwork, water features and landscape renovation or repairs.  Please refer to the following page or call us to inquire about other services.

  MAINTENANCE

(currently available only in Central Contra Costa County, and the Montclair and Piedmont areas of Alameda County)

          Every garden maintenance crew has a knowledgeable, experienced foreman.  We know how to prune properly and how to identify and manage pest and irrigation problems.  We believe in keeping plants healthy so that they are naturally resistant to disease and pests.  When necessary, we treat pest and disease problems starting with the least toxic.
